Leases are completed through a meeting with a company representative. Once a tenant receives the lease, they have seven (7) days to submit the signed contract. Upon the lease’s initial exchange, a security deposit, last month’s rent, notarized parent letter, and $150 application fee is due from all new tenants (not renewing their contracts) within seven days from signing the lease. Tenants are expected to submit their contact information (email and phone number) before the initial signing.
